Interns and placements
The Inspire2Enterprise service is provided by The University of Northampton – the UK’s number one university for graduate employability. The University is proud to say that a significant percentage of its graduates secure good jobs that are related to their degree subject.
This success is, in part, down to the focus on work placements and internships. Far from being arranged for the sake of it, these placements are always related to the degree subject and interests of the graduate, and with tangible benefits for the target organisations in mind.
Placements that work for graduates and employers
Bringing graduates in to your enterprise on a short- or long-term basis can be a good way to generate fresh ideas and secure talent. Being a social enterprise ourselves, we know first-hand how effective interns can be and the value they can add. We are therefore committed to sharing our experiences by facilitating easy schemes between graduates and enterprises.
Get in touch to have a conversation about how the University’s Centre for Engagement and Employment can help you find perfectly matched graduates. We can help make the link whether you’re looking to offer a day’s work-shadowing, a month’s unpaid experience or a year’s paid internship.
