How can we help?

Inspire2Enterprise works with individuals and organisations across the UK to start, run, finance and grow social enterprises. We offer a variety of remote and 1-2-1 support options that can be tailored to your needs. Since 2011 we’ve supported over 2500 clients to achieve their goals, from discussing basic ideas right through to helping them source funding to become successful sustainable businesses.

We hope that the information contained on this site can help you to assess the viability and sustainability of your business idea and to address some of the questions which you may have about developing and running your social enterprise.

Please note: Inspire2 Enterprise exists to support social entrepreneurs and existing businesses across the UK. We are unable to provide information, advice and guidance to individuals or businesses that are not based or trading within the UK. However, the content of our website should provide information which may be relevant outside of the UK.

We do not provide funding. Please see our Funding Your Business page for information regarding funding organisations.

“I have to say it is your support and input that provided me with the guidance I needed to get everything started and you have been a constant since day one, so thank you.

“We’ve a long way to go but are chuffed that all our hard work has paid off and been recognised so early into the life of Lads Need Dads after only our first year of delivery.

“It was all the prep before delivery that assisted in making it a success, I believe, from helping with the business plan onwards.”

Sonia Shaljean, Lads Need Dads

“We are most grateful to Inspire2Enterprise for all the support provided. As a start up transitioning towards growth, the services and advice offered is invaluable and has helped us develop a more robust governance infrastructure but also alleviated our anxiety so we can focus on development and sleep easier. Your expertise, so freely and so enthusiastically given, is most appreciated.”

Denis Byrne, Sussex Prisoners’ Families

James was a wonderful source of information and support during the start up of GP CIC. He was so kind and helpful I was overwhelmed by the support and motivation that he offered. He genuinely cared about what I was trying to achieve and understood my needs, he was encouraging and really went out of his way to make sure that I had the tools, information and contacts that I needed to help me get to the next level. It can be very daunting and lonely setting up on your own but I was so inspired and amazed by James’s generosity it made me realise how lucky we are to have people and organisations like this in the world.

The Beehive Project social enterprise has grown out of the work of the drug and alcohol rehabilitation team (DART) based at HMP Rye Hill.

With the primary objective to manufacture natural beehives, the business has several social purposes, including the engagement of prisoners, production of an environmentally-friendly product and accumulation of an economic surplus to support prisoners on their release.
