Co-partner development

Partnership opportunities in the new public service landscape

Following the recent wave of public sector reform, new approaches to public spending and commissioning are gathering momentum. In the era of mutualised public services and Local Authority ‘spin outs’, new ways of working are required as markets are recreated and reshaped.

Inspire2Enterprise is committed to partnering with both established experts and emerging voices in relevant fields to ensure that excellence and innovation exist in public service delivery.

In general, we work with three types of partner:

  • Delivery partners, with whom we jointly bid for contracts and ‘co-deliver’ public services
  • Strategic partners, with whom we collaborate to devise and develop products and services
  • Clients, who could and often do become partners, helping to support social enterprise development, facilitate market breakthrough and create social value

By working strategically in partnerships, we can help to:

  • Improve supply chains
  • Make social enterprises more financially robust
  • Develop management and strategic competences
  • Increase the agility of social enterprises to respond to market opportunities
  • Help social enterprises bid for, win and deliver contracts
  • Share best practice
  • Help services commissioners engage with social enterprises at point of tender

We work with individuals and organisations with specialist skills, helping to develop their projects and ideas. We are always open to new approaches and methodologies, and by building partnerships and extending supply chains we seek to develop innovative solutions to society’s problems.
