Big Venture Challenge open for applications

The Big Venture Challenge supports ambitious social entrepreneurs with access to finance, business support and connections to scale up their work. The programme is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and is now in its final year having started back in 2011.

The Big Venture Challenge is a rigorous 12 month programme designed to help social entrepreneurs raise investment of between £50,000 and £500,000. This involves working together to build a growth story, finding investors, making strategic connections and providing support during the journey.

Each round is based on a different theme and a different region. In 2015 there will be two themed cohorts; Employment, and Young People and Education in the South West and the East of England regions.

Applications are open from now until 9am February 3rd 2015. Please visit the Big Venture Challenge website to read more about the application process and to make an application.
