The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) ServiceMark is an organisational accreditation for customer satisfaction and service. Once in place, the accreditation can improve customer retention, increase referrals and grow the organisation. Our assistance in gaining this accreditation involves implementing a blend of self-diagnosis, customer satisfaction measurement and independent assessments.
In addition, we provide accredited customer service programmes for front-line staff and their managers.
