The Employment Lead Body (soon to become part of the Lifelong Learning Sector Skills Council) has developed standards that are recognised as representing a professional approach to training and developing individuals and groups. Quest offers a range of Learning and Development Awards:
- TAQA Assessor qualifications
- TAQA Internal Quality Assurance qualifications
Learning and Development qualifications
Quest offers the full Learning and Development qualifications at Levels 3 and 4. The qualifications cover the whole training cycle – identifying needs, planning training, delivering training, assessing performance and evaluation of development activities. A Quest adviser offers on-going support and advice throughout the qualification.
