Level 1 - Retail Knowledge

If you’d like to work in Retail, this course allows you to gain an insight and understanding of the Retail industry. You’ll learn about customer service, the selling process, consumer law and visual merchandising. Your programme will also include Maths, English and ICT, and Employability and Personal Social Development. After your programme, we support you to find a job, Apprenticeship or College place.
