Supply chain development
Improving the quality and diversity of supply chains
Inspire2Enterprise is committed to helping social enterprises become embedded in public and private sector supply chains.
Increasingly, central government, local authorities and the wider public sector are looking to social enterprises to address social challenges, deliver value and achieve better economic returns. The private sector too is recognising the benefits of social enterprise as a means of delivering quality products and services while creating social value.
These changes are the result of growing recognition that value (not just cost) is a key consideration in service delivery. Inspire2Enterprise aims to help social enterprises make the most of market and supply chain opportunities opening up as a result of these new commissioning trends. We do this by:
- Developing new routes to market
- Helping organisations develop new services or tailored solutions to meet changing needs
- Working with key decision makers, commissioners, stakeholders and sponsors looking to engage and work with social enterprises
- Improving the business focus and investment-readiness of social enterprises to ensure they are well placed to work with public and private sector bodies
