Strengthening leadership through support and learning
Inspire2Enterprise offers a range of training products and services aimed at developing social enterprise leadership and management. These include workshops on finance or growth planning; webinars on marketing or social impact measurement; or one-to-one leadership support.
In any one year, we deliver around 30 webinars and around 50 workshops/events. Each training module aims to fill specific leadership knowledge gaps we have identified through the intelligence we gather from our engagement with the market.
For organisations that approach us for help and guidance in this area, we start with a light-touch diagnostic assessment to identify the key issues they face. Following this, we can:
- Identify relevant training courses
- Help produce robust action plans
- Work through their leadership management issues
- Develop management plans to support their ambitions
Whatever the service content and format, our aim is always to strengthen the organisations we work with through information and learning. As long as people have the capacity and willingness to learn, the support we provide can make a tangible difference to an organisation’s leadership capabilities.
