Dedicated support and guidance
Inspire2Enterprise is committed to developing services and products to meet the changing needs of the UK social enterprise sector. As part of this commitment, we provide dedicated mentoring and coaching to support organisations in their efforts to deliver social value.
Different organisations require different levels of support. Some want occasional, remote-access consultancy, while others look for more hands-on help and guidance. Coaching and mentoring fall into the latter category.
Coaching
Part of our main service offer, Inspire2Enterprise coaching is specialist and diverse. It involves working alongside key people within organisations to develop and implement business strategies. Run as a learning partnership, our coaching programme aims to help organisations overcome the challenges they face and resolve complexities and constraints. It also seeks to help organisations put in place the building blocks for growth and exploit investment and acquisition opportunities.
Mentoring
Mentoring is a more general Inspire2Enterprise service. In its mentoring role, Inspire2Enterprise acts as a critical friend – a dedicated guide who understands what an organisation wants to achieve and helps them achieve it.
As part of our mentoring programme, we provide business health checks, counselling and advice. This can be on a general or project-specific basis, or relating to someone’s role within an organisation. For example, we often provide CEO mentoring and leadership development, helping senior figures master the essential skills required to run an organisation.
National network
In support of our coaching and mentoring services, we have partner organisations around the UK who work as part of Inspire2Enterprise to deliver local market consultancy. This network ensures we can offer good geographical coverage, extending our UK and Ireland capabilities.
