How enterprise support works
Inspire2Enterprise can help your enterprise develop and thrive. We are run by a Community Interest Company (CIC) – a social enterprise – ourselves, which means we have an implicit understanding of what is required to make an enterprise succeed. All profit we make is reinvested into our stakeholders and the marketplace, to help other social enterprises become sustainable, grow and demonstrate social value.
By talking to our specialist advisors in the first instance, you can work with us to develop your business knowledge.
We follow a four-step process:
- 1. We talk to you on the phone, or via email or Skype. This initial contact allows us to develop and understand your enterprise, objectives and any challenges you may face.
- 2. Following this process, we will carry out a needs analysis. This will enable us to assess which of our specialist services will be of most benefit to your enterprise, should you wish to access further support.
- 3. The needs analysis is followed by a complete health check of your enterprise. We will look at everything from if, or how, you measure social return on investment (SROI), to your marketing plans and legal set up.
- 4. If during these health checks we identify any specific gaps or requirements, we may refer you to a specialist service. There is a small fee for some of these, but they are heavily subsidised to ensure they’re as affordable as possible.
The main benefit of the Inspire2Enterprise service is that it’s national and offers remote, help and support. We are the only national organisation currently offering this type of service, and we’re here to help at all times. Get in touch today to find out more.
