Work placements should always benefit the company and the intern. These benefits need to be measurable and tangible and at Inspire2Enterprise we’re committed to facilitating effective placements for corporate organisations.
Our service is backed by The University of Northampton – the UK’s number one for employability. This means that more graduates from this University go on to get good jobs than any other in the country. With such a strong focus on preparing graduates for the employment market, it’s no surprise that a big part of what we do is around work placements.
Benefitting both parties
Taking on talented, enthusiastic graduates on a short- or long-term basis is one good way of attracting the next generation to a business. We know first-hand the demonstrable value interns can add to an enterprise so our aim is to make matching graduates to businesses as easy as possible.
We work closely with the University’s Centre for Engagement and Employment to attract the brightest students across all sectors. Our talent pool allows us to create shortlists for businesses and organise anything from a day’s shadowing to a year’s paid placement.
