Level 7 award in Strategic Management and Leadership Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification

This CMI accredited programme is designed to develop managers working at a senior level within small and medium sized businesses. If you are a manager who strives to gain or improve your range of management and leadership skills, this programme supports you in achieving this; allowing you to successfully contribute to the strategic planning process of your business.

Completion of the four day programme and an assignment results in the achievement of a Level 7 CMI qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership.

You will be given a CMI textbook and access to their extensive suite of on-line learning materials. You will automatically receive student membership for the duration of your studies and on completion will be invited to join the Institute.
