Enterprise Information Adviser


James joined the Inspire2Enterprise team in February 2017, having worked in a customer services role for a company trading in the specialist packaging industry.

With a natural interest in enterprise, James opened his own pet retail business at the age of 21, which expanded to also include a pet grooming salon.

After making the decision to close the business and take a career break, James entered the world of employment and has gained experience in both the private and public sector working in customer service and accounts settings.

Team Responsibilities

  • Provides the first point of contact for incoming enquiries by telephone and email
  • Engages with individuals and businesses in order to understand their needs
  • Supports our clients with the relevant information and signposting to external providers, or referrals to other team members as appropriate
  • Capturing details of interactions on our CRM system

Outside Interests

Outside the social enterprise scene, James follows his local football team, and regularly finds himself undoing all of the hard work put in by his four chickens digging up his garden plants!
