Latest Funding News
The Start up Loans Company has joined the Capital Connections programme in a move to help businesses secure alternative finances after being unable to obtain traditional financial backing.
Aegon and Funding Circle have announced a strategic partnership to support the growth of small UK businesses. The partnership aims to see Aegon fund £160 million in the first 12 months under a framework agreement. Full details haven’t been released yet, so please keep regularly updated on the Funding Circle website.
The Big Lottery Fund has given the School for Social Entrepreneurs a grant of £2.6 million. The grant’s aim is to support 1,300 social entrepreneurs over the next five years with grants of up to £10,000.

Rather than many pages of documents, SSE have trimmed down their advice to the important questions you need to ask yourself as a social entrepreneur, as well as useful information you need to consider.
